the property was fairly clean and straightforward. the folks working here were wonderful. its location was unbeatable, right across from the main plaza. further, it was so close to arequipa and several restaurants.

Overall it was new-fashioned with great hot showers. Central heating and multi-channel television were useful...

The location was very convenient, close to the main square, and our stay in the guest room for one night was fantastic.

It was the best of Chivay hotels I visited before now. Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I loved brand-new and new-fashioned rooms and helpful staff. The location was favourable for me, on plaza. The food served was great.

I loved sleeping 1 night in this hotel. The venue was amazing, the room was spotless and brand-new, had essentials for a perfect stay. Units even with the heater. The hotel's location was particularly good, so close to the main square, and the market.

The staff was good - I would like to stay there on the next trip. Everything was great, I greatly enjoyed my stay. the room was impressive & huge even with the heater. the restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

We loved the king room, it was amazing, and the bathroom was spotless with a shower, a bidet, and fluffy towels.

loved our stay in chivay, but La Casa De Anita really exceeded our expectations! ideal location on plaza, comfy beds, hot shower, and yummy breakfast. staff was friendly despite language barrier. they even stored our luggage. highly recommend!

We definitely got our money's worth at this hotel - the room was spacious, the bed was heavenly, and the sheets were the softest I've ever felt while traveling. The location was perfect, right on the main square, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe adding some more variety or options.

I had an exceptional stay at a lovely hotel in Chivay. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and soft sheets that made for a wonderful night's sleep. The location was fantastic, right on the main square, making it convenient to explore the area. Even though it was winter, the hotel provided a wall heater to keep me warm. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, especially when I lost my passport. They spent hours with me, making calls and even finding someone who spoke English to accompany me to the police station. The on-site restaurant was great, offering delicious meals and a complimentary breakfast. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the low door handle and the small size of the room, I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I had a fantastic experience at La Casa De Anita!

This place is perfect for backpackers! the rooms are incredibly comfortable with huge beds and a clean, spacious bathroom. the staff is super friendly and always available to help with anything you need. the location is also great, right next to shops, ATMs, and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and available early.

Every time we're in Chivay, we choose to stay at this place, it's modern, the rooms are great, and the staff are very attentive.
